this rose is named to honor lord mountbatten™, the last viceroy of india with whom rose hybridizer jack harkness served. his large, fragrant, fully double cupped 4 ½” blooms feature 35+ petals in primrose yellow, at times edged with pink. he has reflexed petals produced in clusters on a continual blooming bush. this beautiful cut flower was chosen by the late princess diana for her wedding bouquet. we love lord mountbatten™ because he is an easy to grow, vigorous, upright bush with dense, glossy, leathery, deep-green foliage that will stand out in any garden or vase.
